Below are pictures from the 2009 Mission Trip to the Orphanage in South Africa.  A mission team will be going back to the Orphanage in September 2010.  If you feel led to support our mission in South Africa, you may do so through financial support at the right side of the screen or by attending one of our upcoming events.  We also ask for your support through prayer as we work to share the word of God with those at the orphanage.

africa 4 027"I am happy to say I have been working with Kevin Chetty and for the past eight years, in Durban as well as Johannesburg, South Africa. Kevin has helped to build a church in Montebello and held numerous tent crusades in the townships. Together, Missions Around the World and Kevin Chetty have fed and clothed the poor. Presently we are working with Pastor Joseph Ndovela who started and operates an orphanage in Durbin for children that either are parentless or are left home alone while a single parent goes out of the village for work. Many of these children are parentless due to the epidemic of Aids and HIV. Pastor Ndovela needs help and Missions Around the World has committed to help him in his calling. Pastor Ndovela is currently building a kitchen to better feed the over 60 children and a dorm to house the children.

We thank God for Pastor Kevin Chetty and his family. Because of their faithfulness and commitment to God and the work of Missions Around the World, we have been able to accomplish so much in the last few years. Side by side and combined, we are a team committed to doing God's work."
